NOTES: When players have cards in more than one decade. Owner of the Highest $aleried card has right of first refusal. After WAIVERS, any card with your decade & League on it are fair game.

Owner does not have to play Highest$ card, if he owns another seaon of the same player (i.e., 20s can play the 2nd best Frankie Frisch since 20s owner owns both cards).

After initial draft, Cards that are not of your decade must be dropped ASAP (Before or during Waivers, if possible). 8-)
