How would you fill out incomplete franchise rosters?

exp-Franchise rosters (like Rockies, Diamondbacks, etc.) are incomplete, only have a couple of cards.

How about giving all franchises a whole roster of players with .50 players and less than 1M players at each position, as well as, the best season of players like:

c - Joe Girardi
1b - Todd Helton Andres Galaraga
2b - Eric Young
ss - Tulotwitscke (sp???) Walt Weiss
3b - Vinnie Castilla
LF - BUCHETTE?
CF - Ellis Burkes
RF - LARRY WALKER (DONE)

How would you fill out one of the franchises now incomplete? 8-)
