Posting Steps Assistance Sought!

If there is someone who could share the method for posting/copying a team into a PM, I would greatly appreciate it! I haven't done this before and I couldn't find any previous messages that addressed this.

Go to the team statistics page of your league (there are other places that work the same).
Click on your team (or whatever team you want to post).
Mark and copy that address (it will end with user_id= followed by a number)
On a post here, hit the URL button, paste in the address, and hit the URL button again.
