30 million dollars is not a lot of money Dr. Evil

I have only been doing this since May 2008,but has anyone ever tried anything real crazy like a 30 million dollar league?

The closest things I know of would be:
1) FOX's Ultimate Challenge One Million and Under League where you couldn't spend any more than $1 mil on any one player. Thus, with a full roster of 28 players you could only max out at $28 mil.
2) FOX's 2 Million and Under League where you couldn't spend any more than $2 mil on any one player.
In both cases cap had to be set at $200 mil to make things work.
