Theme league -- October Cubs

Theme league -- October Cubs

Since Wrigley Field and Cubs players aren't going to be busy for the next couple months, we can make use of the vacancy and idleness.

Rules
1, $80, no DH, waivers
2, Teams must have five players who either played or managed for the Cubs at some point in their career on the roster at all times during the season.
3, All teams must use one of the seven Wrigley Fields in ATG or West Side Park '11 (keep the travel costs low).

Eligible players are any players with Cub cards (Billy Williams, Hack Wilson, Keith Moreland) or one-time Cubs (Orphans, Colts, White Stockings) with cards for other teams (Robin Roberts, Dizzy Dean, Ralph Kiner) or Cub managers (Lou Boudreau, Leo Durocher, Dusty Baker). Special addition: Buck O'Neil, who signed Ernie Banks and Lou Brock for the Cubs. Your five Cubs can be any combination of pitchers and hitters and do not have to play -- five subs is a perfectly acceptable strategy.
