Apparently it is not just in the strat world where completing trades is more difficult than it once was.

This article hits it right on the head in the "Strat" world with the quote from Ned Coletti..."People are always looking for a reason to say no". My biggest complaint is that some people do not even have the courtesy to say no thanks...just leave you hanging. Very rude. :evil:
