200m Francise Theme...League Created load at will p/w inside

In--I put 6 FA's on my list. I frankly don't think I could actually spend close to 200M just using the Braves players. I wasn't that close as it was.

Me too. I used 6. I'm in the same boat as you. I don't know how close to 200m I'll get with only 3 FAs to add to the roster. I wonderr if we would have been better off with the ability to add more like 5 or 6 FAs, or maybe have played at 140m cap instead.
I have a feeling that all of the teams will be in similar cap situations though, so it's most likely pretty even.

I need a clarification on something.
If a player is carded to 2 different teams in the league, I have to use the one carded to my team, correct?
For example, I have Don Mossi, who is carded to Cleveland And Detroit. I can ONLY use his Cleveland card, correct? Because Detroit has a franchise.
If his cards wherenfor Cleveland And New York, then I could use either because New York DOESN'T have a franchise, correct?
