Will this team lose 100

I wanted to do a small ball, base stealing team and actually win a few games in the process, don't know if it can happen in this league, not enough small ball teams.

short answer, possibly.

i do not like that team at all. i think bresnahan is going to make a ton of throwing errors and allow a ton of wild pitches that will cost your team a ton of close games.

Yep, I think so too, but he fits the bill for stealing lots of bases and getting on base... no other catcher besides the little Wathan (and Pytlak) is a 19 stealer, so I will live or die by his arm. At least it's gonna be fun seeing how many bases they steal each series.

Not a fan of mixing Sadecki with 4x 5 day rest guys. If he were a no star, you'd have an extra $500K or so.

I'd look at this one as a learning experience. Take lumps, read box scores, see why you lose the games. I predict a lot of double plays turned against you, a low run capitalization rate. Chicks dig the long ball because it's efficient. That doesn't mean you can't win with small ball, but if you look at the box scores, you might see why people like to have one-two boppers with their SB players.

I had to patch the pitching staff together after the draft, lost out on all my starters except Sadeki, I was gonna pickup Magrane but he is too wild. And I need two lefties with Shea and League Park in my division. I know most people use a power hitter or two, but I've also won at 80 without one. This team however is destined for the scrap heap.
