Playing the board game some years ago in a league, I had Canseco hit into a triple play and go down for 20 games! Now that's adding real insult to injury.

I was looking through the rules, and I don't see where the C can have a pickoff. In reality, he can. It looks like only the P can perform a pickoff. Is that true? Am I missing something in the rules?
