Hack in CF?

Postby MIKEGILBERT » Fri Mar 16, 2012 9:38 pm

Didn't I read somewhere that when a kid told Hack's manager that he wanted a baseball, the manager told him to stand behind Hack and he would get all the balls he wanted?

Now I wonder where I read that, Hack . . .

LOL. I gather the the vintage Munich Man small ball teams from ATG I days are a thing of the past. :)

I've played against quite a few of the esteemed delegate from Bavaria's recent teams, and if you're in the same division with him, his collection of ragarms -- he often doesn't even spend on a bullpen -- will automatically add .020 to your team batting average.

I have to say however, that I almost always build for power -- and it has never occurred to me to have anything less than a cf-2, and the worst arm I ever put out there is Averill's -1.

I like Hack -- as a DH...

The low end Delahanty card will rake with an avg close to .400 and OB close to .500.
