Pitch Count Fatigue Setting

Hi everyone,

I apologize for the general question. I'm a person returning to Strat after a few years off. I understanding the concept of Pitch Count Fatigue and how it works in the game.

However, being an idiot, I changed the default setting and now don't remember what it is. Could someone let me know?

In addition, does anyone have any recommendations for what setting to use for it, if in fact it is useful?

I have 4, 10 million plus pitchers and am depending upon them.

If you have a thread or a quick response you could point me to that would be great.
