Must start opening day with less than 100mil. (IOW motherscratcher your team page should say 40mil+ left to spend on the first day of the season).

Every week each manager must drop his top performing SP and top performing bat (criteria for "top performing" will be define, most likely by you smart people). This drop/add process can only take place on Sat. before the games are played or on Sun. before games are played. Giving the manager a choice in strategic avenues. Does he (or she) want to hold on to the player(s) for one more series on Sat. in hopes of gaining some more wins? Or does the manager want to be have first crack at the player pool which will have other managers former best performers thrown in the mix for re-selection.

Of course, you can not add any player that you previously had on your roster.

My guess is a % penalty across the board that does not change as the season moves along, as to what %, again you smart guys can decide.
