E85 fuel. How come if it's 85% ethanol - its price always moves in tandem with crude oil prices? Shouldn't it go up or down based on corn prices?

There's a station down the street that sells E85. When regular was $3.30 a gallon it was $3.15. Now that regular sells for $3.90, the E85 is priced at $3.75.

Makes ZERO sense.
