Waivers question...

MM.... YES the waivers wil lstill try and honor the 2nd one and will honor it even without Cooms being there if you have the cash you will get him...if not it is a failed waiver pick .... HOWEVER... when using this scenario MOST times you are going for 2 players that WILL get taken in the waivers.... that 2nd waiver "should" be gone when it is your turn again. So.....if it is a player that "may" not be gone .....or probably won't be gone ...I would advise to leave him off the list and pick him up after waivers....OR.... make it a lower pick when you no longer have the cash.
