12 team franchise theme league

I would love to do this, but didnt get in in time; would anyone want to start a second theme league?
The only adjustments I'd suggest are that you CAN'T trade and you CAN't pick up free agents from another team-gotta keep with your franchise.
But I'm amenable to either.
