My take is you should be OK. You have an ERA of 4.14, which is not bad. You have a team with Yount, Ripper, Jackson, DiMaggio & Bando combining for a .435 slg% & .297obp%. That should get better. Ultimately your ERA will rise and so will your offensive output. You do need another OBP guy at the top however. Barring any trades/Drops, I'd put Meusel 1st, JoeD second, Ripper 3rd, Jackson 4th, Bando 5th.
