How do we know who has it?
should we care?

1-yes
2-look for the # sign on the batter cards. If there's a # by an out, that player has positive clutch. If there's a # by a hit, that player has negative clutch. With 2 outs, a player with positive clutch will get a hit instead of the out, a negative clutch guy will get the out instead of a hit.
3-whenever there are 2 outs :)

I believe the # are ball park ratings effected and the $ are clutch.
