The Doc would tell ya in order to stay in "the zone" to make sure to balance it w/ some fat and protien......so Tequila....Carne Asada and some Guac.........he'd also say that it's better to live w.o/ stress......so tilt em up mi Amigo....in moderation of course :wink: .............
