TSN is now using the super advanced cards for deadball teams such as the 1911 Giants and A's. These cards reflect actual stolen base pct of the era, as deadballers only successfully stole bases about 60% of the time because there were more attempts. However, the SB ratings for such teams as the 09 Tigers and 06 Cubs were not changed.
So what does this mean? The 1911 Giant hitters are now pretty worthless. Are you going to pay 3.52 mil for a 3(-2)e5 Snodgrass card where he has a 22% chance of getting thrown out right away on a SB attempt?
