Question about the new Pitching staff requirements- Anyone?

I haven't made an ATG3 team yet. For those who have, the new rules say you only have to carry 9 starters (down from 10). 4 have to be relievers and three have to be relievers only. But, the draft card still shows 10 pitcher slots. DO you have to draft 10 pitchers initially, and then you can drop one post-draft? Or can you leave the 10 pitcher slot blank when you fill out your draft card? :?

Yes,

there is now a 24 player min (up from 23)

9 Pitcher, 13 hitters are the Min for each.

of those pitchers, 5 have to have a Starter rating, 4 must have a RP ratings, 3 must be RP only (no starter rating).

I'm guessing that will stop the gaming of the game where someone get 4 top sp/rp (like 3F) and uses no RP what so ever.. with only 4 pitchers getting all the innings.
