Here's a new one

I have a 2006 team playing . My rotation for last nights games was Schilling , Willis , Buehrle . I saw the series had started and went to the game . 1st thing I do is always see who's pitching do to the volume of teams I play , I forget . I'm at home in a pitchers park where its the only place I use Schilling . I go to the players and start checking the totals . No Schilling . I look around and Freddie Garcia is pitching . I'm like "what the @#$%". After the series ended and the stats were official , the pitchers list changed to Garcia , who lost and I don't pitch him at home . I have never seen anything like this one before . I informed Bernie but what can be done ? Perplexing isn't it ? One thing I did notice also , before the series started it didn't list any pitching match ups . It only listed the 1st game when the series started . Glitch or something else ? :? :? :? :? :?

On the brighter side , I did get a perfect game from Howie Camnitz !

Did you set the pitchers before 10 PM? If not, HAL has already done it. I also have, on occasion, clicked on the wrong pitcher inadvertantly when setting the per game starters.

Chief , I set my pitching up a week in advance . When the series started , it said in the list .Schilling . He's not a * pitcher in the 2006 game so tonight he's sposed to pitch game 3 . We'll see if he does . I had him going against a heavy LH hitting club , he's a 6L . Another reason why I didn't want Garcia in .2R

This happened again last night . Bernie said he's looking into it . Does anyone here have an ideas on what might be happening that the game will not let Schilling pitch ?

yes...i DO have an idea.... you have your rotation filled out don't you?.... and HAL is over riding your per game starters with your rotation setting.

yea i read that in the other thread AFTER I posted the one above. I had an occasion where two of my leagues were overridden in the same night and the rotation setting used instread of my per game ones.... this sucked because sometimes I hide a guy in the rotation that I don't want to pitch at all.

Von,

I posted a week or two ago about how in two leagues that started up on the same night, my rotation selection was totally ignored for the first couple of nights of the season.

CR

P.S. - I never did get an answer from TSN as to why ....

I have found when im setting my lineups and etc, that if I use the scroll button on the mouse and a player is still highlighted it will move him up or down as I try to move the page. I dont know if that was the cause or not, but I always double check now.
