If you want to get a league like this going or most any league with a them that eliminates a portion of the players either by qualifications or interest it will take some time and effort to make happen. It will not happen by posting once or twice. Things like this and instant gratification do not go go together.

You have basically said I have an idea but I am not willing to put out much effort to make it happen. So come on everyone roll up your sleeves and make my idea happen for me. With that you have the recipe for failure. You have told people before you ever get off the ground don't bother with being interested because I probably will not follow through.
