Is league still alive. Considering that I finished way out of the running I'm wondering why this league's signup is so slow. I had thought we were all set at the beginning of the week.

Just 1 man's opinion, but the 50/50 budget mandate may be your problem. It's a deal-breaker for me, anyway.

It was my original suggestion and I believe it had received enough support to get it in.

My thought was that the concept of a Neutral League lost value when teams could play bombers or small ball in a Neutral stadium.

I would rather play this concept with a modification than stick to the 50/50.

I'm going to make a last effort using leagues I've been in and see if I could get some interest.

Please comment on whether s 40/60 or 60/40 split could be an option.
