cash at 2B with a 3 range is gonna kill ya. If I was able I would have a 1 range at 2B and SS on every team.... it doesn't work that way usually, so I have to use 2's sometimes..... every once in a blue moon I might consider a 3 if I am REALLY hurting for offense and can't pick up any more good hitters at other spots I will try Avila at 2B .... BUT I get lots of hitting at least .....with Cash all you will get is losses IMHO.

You probably have a bit more spent on pitching then I would recommend for your park and division.... at least in the manner that its spent... your team will struggle to score enough runs for your pitchers to win.

Being new to the game there is LOTS to learn ..... its a great game and addictive....don't let poor results early keep you from trying again. :D

Don't even think of Cash as a second baseman. But he is a possibility as a [b:8a6b5e7000]third baseman![/b:8a6b5e7000]

Someone like Max Bishop might be a wise alternative to Cash at 2B

He's cheap, 1 range, and lots of OBP but slow on basepaths

I like Davey Johnson better than Dave Cash but still recommend Bishop if he's available for this team at 2B.........better defense, OBP and less money
