You reputation is well-known for throwing a fun event. I have no doubt it will be a blast, both playing Strat and socializing.

I know the details are not set, but could you give a hint what you are thinking about regarding the Strat tournament itself?

Last time, we pre-drafted our teams from the ATG set. Penngray did the player setup. He had to create literally hundreds of cards from scratch due to the fact they were not available in any other form. I would assume he still has all of those saved. That shouldn't be a deal so we should be able to use the ATG set.

We had two days of strat with day 1 being the initial running of the league. These were all done by computer manager and we could adjust lineups and pitching. Day 2 was dominated by the head-to-head matchups on laptops with seeding determined by day 1 results.

My preference would be to pre-draft our teams from the ATG set and then create the tournament based on lottery results, no league simulations to determine seeding. Both days, in my view, should be strictly head-to-head.

As I coach High School Rugby, I don't think I can make it from mid-May to late June. I also caoch the provincial (state) team after that for the rest of the summer until nationals, but I might be able to get away for a fab weekend. Sooner the better for me, but I'll leave it in your capable hands.
