Would you still lean toward using the 94 card vs His 96 card, if you weren't facing to many lhp in your division. I love all those hr vs lefties on 94 card but inside my division only seeing 5 lh sp's plus 96 card is his no injury year as well

No, I really didn't realize Thomas was bulletproof. Just assumed that he wasn't since nobody else that year was.

Live and Learn!!

BTW I've been using him more lately.

I would never use the '96 card as long as the '94 card is in the game.

the 96 card is definetely hard to not use, you dont fear the 15 game hit huh? will he still mash the righties effectively?

Well here's a current team. Out for 4 games at the moment.

He still hits righties about as well as Pujols even with the 9L.

Here's the last time I used Bagwell-- http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/stratomatic/team/team_other.html?user_id=328922

Played 157 games, and put up a .384/.439/.733 line against RHP.

The 15 game injury risk is overrated, which is why you get those players at about a 1-2 million premium.

Not sure if the risk is overrated. Lost too many playoffs due to key guys getting wiped out for the rest of the season.

I think using the 15 gamers is a matter of style. MM likes to roll the dice and is aggressive with injuries, baserunning etc. I am too, but to a lesser extent. But I did learn my relative fecklessness from MM back when I was a rookie in ATG II.

Here's a current team. Big Ed has already missed 20 games due to injuries.
