Just a few brief thoughts. I haven't read the other suggestions but hopefully mine aren't too redundant.
If it were my team I'd probably dump Chance for a 4M starter and get a real reliever, preferably with at least 3 in.
I'd get a catcher with an arm given your park.
More team speed and OF's with arms. I'd keep Duffy though. Could keep kelly if I had an Ichiro or Clemente in RF so teams don't run wild on you.
Thomas always sucks for me.
Score is great here. Would look for additional pitchers who don't give up ballpark singles, given your park.

Just read the other posts. Welcome to the Show, Mr. Stormcrow. He certainly seems confident given his vast experience here. :lol: Reminds me a bit of myself when I first joined. But then, I quickly showed I could back it up. 8-)
BTW, OF range is more important than arms. But arms definitely matter, especially in small ball where every base counts.
