Guardian, rules are pretty well spelled out by Grindi and Leo above.

Nothing fancy other than the idea that the worst record gets tossed from the league and a new manager is invited to replace him or her.

The official rules are somewhat vague, but the part I like the most is the part that stipulates that all managers must send PJ Axelsson 2 credits and a case of beer in order to officially join.
