69 Cubs 72 Astros Cedeno Lee May and co. 61 Yankees for Maris Mantle and 78 Yankees for Guidry etc. Also the Waners Traynor Lajoie and how about Herb Score and the Bird( 2 great short careers)

1980 Astros- Richards was a monster before his stroke and their bullpen was evil.
1976 A's, greatest stolen base total in the last 90 years
A Ranger team
1978 Yankees
1976 Reds instead of 1975- it's a tough choice, but I think they are better
1976 Phillies instead of that other one-'76 has Richie Allen and a wicked bullpen
1961 Yanks- monster home run totals
1973 Braves- same thing
No teams from the steroid era 1995-present

79 Astros who blew the 10 game lead and finished 1 back would not be bad either Richard but no Ryan :P

I'd take an Angel team - one of the 70's teams with a REAL Nolan Ryan card + Frank Tanana!!!

[quote:16fceebe48="chodgk"]22 Browns (George Sisler, Ken Williams)
27 Pirates (Pie Traynor, Paul and LLoyd Waner)[/quote:16fceebe48]

I second these votes.
