After an afternoon wedding (daughter of a softball team mate), full of toasting, smiling, dancing, feasting, etc., I will need the serenity of a live draft to unwind. :)
One thing about Penn's site. I don't know if it instantly refreshes after someone makes their pick. Seems like I remember there was a default refresh of 5 minutes after someone picks. Could make it tough to make picks every 2 minutes, if the site doesn't tell you who just got drafted until 3 minutes later. Maybe I am remembering it wrong? In any event, I look forward to this evening.

(Nitta Yuma, MS-AP)
Nitta Yuma Blue Buffalo fans are abuzz with excitement over tonight's player selection draft in the Live Wires League. Buffalo management, long criticized for frugality, have pulled out all the stops in preparing for the 2nd overall pick in this draft. Scouting reports are being scoured; character references are being double-checked.
Several of the top selection candidates are being flown in for interviews with management, which is creating most of the excitement. Fans lined the runway of Muddy Waters Memorial Airstrip this morning in hopes of catching a glimpse of a star.
Among those scheduled for appearances today are Pete Alexander, Willie Mays, Mickey Mantle, Ernie Banks and Robin Yount. Ty Cobb was extended an invitation to attend, but declined, with expletives.
While Linguiphilos owns the first selection in the draft, Blue Buffalo faithful are hopeful that they'll get more than a door-prize with the next pick. We'll find out at 8:02 pm CDT tonight!

Is this Eastern Standard time for those of us (me) who might be confused over the actual start time? :?

Do you have to wait until it's your pick to choose a ballpark? [b:787dc27ac8]Does the Stadium pick count as a draft choice?[/b:787dc27ac8] Do you have to pick a park by a certain round?
