Stadium pick is a draft choice and you have to select one in or before the 16th round.

By refreshing manually, do you mean just hitting the refresh button on your computer? Or is there some manual refresh button on Penn's site that I am unaware of?

You will have to hit the right league name (livewires) under the refresh draft section on Penn's site in order to refresh the draft and stay up with it.

After the draft we go to sleep.

Then tomorrow we create the appropriate waiver league and draft whenever. There's no rush since it won't start until a week from Monday in any event.
