I just took yet another Vaughan beating in a league where he's on pace for about 70. Worse, Mathews is heading towards 116 dingers unless someone hits the normalization button.
After 250+at bats, Mathews slugging % is 1.020. Vaughan is second with a paltry .780. All this team needs is Dale Murray throwing 350 innings for 30 wins and 30 saves and we've got the new stratomatic boxcover all set.
I feel that this game is about taking what was and creating would could be. Didn't Petrosian suggest some sort of moving price scheme once? Where usage would bump up or down prices after some time? Wouldn't this sort of thing let "market forces" adjust the prices more effectively?
