cheating

Obviously, I need to just keep clicking on a random series of links until I find the back door that will give me a $100 mill cap in an $80 mill league ...

Serioulsy, if anyone has used this method to take an unfair advantage, they should be identified and then banned from the game immediately.

Wow, I start a playoff series tonight against Bobby and I was wishing I had more LH pitching because he has Ruth, Gehrig and R. Smith. Now I guess I could get some 'if' I was a skunk.

 Who knew? I would have never even THOUGHT to try/look for something like this! Hard to believe anyone would actually do this. I would think owners would wonder about the sudden change in a playoff teams roster, and get suspicious, at the very least. I don't think this has ever happened in any of my leagues/playoffs...at least, I sure HOPE it hasn't! :?

On a lighter note, I just tried making a transaction on a team that's completed. It worked. Now I can go back to my really bad teams, monkey with the rosters and imagine what might have been.

EVEN BETTER!!!! My opponent in one series is Mr. Gabriel who not only pioneered the testing of the transactions but did so with the team I play against tonight!!! And then he detailed the procedure in the league messages!!! And there is not even the 20% deduction. The game will never be the same!!

I fell victim to a team that traded for players after game 162, and before the first playoff game, twice...

In both cases, I did not realize it at the time, and just got knocked out of the playoffs.

Keep in mind that it takes two managers to do this...one who is in the playoffs (cheater #1) and the other who just doesn't care and is willing to give up good players (cheater #2)...

After a lot of research, I believe I figuered out how to do it...

After game 162, your outbox is deleted. However, your messages and trade offers are still in your inbox. If you have an old trade offer in your inbox, you will have the option to make a counter offer.

If there is a knucklehead manager who is done for the season and does not care what happens to the rest of the playoff teams...he will press accept.

The guy who started this thread is playing the team that knocked me out. This team traded G.Thomas for M.Ott right before the 1st playoff game was played.

Here's how you can tell if it has happened to you...Click on the Regular Season Standings...then click on the team in the Playoffs...Here is that team...look at Ott's numbers....

You thought that was bad...here is a team that knocked me out of the playoffs real quick and I did not even notice that he picked up Brown, Pfiester, garcia, Ames, L.Williams, Schiraldi, Perranowski, NT#47, T.Martinez, Campenella, Berra, B.White, E.Mathews, E.Banks, B.North and M.Ott....all between game 162 and the 1st playoff game...there is no transaction record and unless you go back to look at the team during the regular season...you would not notice...

I could care less on "how" to do it......in fact I knew the trade option works after the season ends....BUT....WHAT is IMPORTANT...is WHO are the managers doing this.... I don't want to be in a league with them and I WILL check for them if you guys will post their TSN ID's
