One week from Friday, at 9:02am, franny and at least 15 others will begin their assult on the first tub of ice-cold beer and the championship of the Second Annual Bobby Invitational ATG Tournament. SABIATGT for short.

I think the tourney starts on Friday?
Where do we go on Friday? Confernece room? Will it be posted?
Do we need to bring anything beside our sparkling personalities?

Is anything going on Thursday night?

Yes, the tourney starts on Friday morning, I believe at 9am. It will be in a conference room, you may have to ask at the desk. Many hotels have listings of events near the conference rooms, as well.

There is nothing official happening on Thursday night, but several people will be there on Thursday, so we can arrange something ahead of time. I hear there are a few things to do in town . . . :D

I'll be in late Thurs, so I'd expect most of the gang to be halfway to...well, halfway to whether their objectives are for the night. As Rube said, there's a choice or two.
