Also , there will be a pre/post 61 option . For the deadballers this will be a great feature .

.....though it would have made more sense to announcwe the 61 Yanks as a replacement for the 56 Yanks???

Nice job creating intrigue Bernie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If his OF range isn't a 3, Wally "Saturday Evening" Post should be a popular guy if in the $7M-$8M+ range.

[quote:766f366cf8="seyclops"]Check out Butch Hobson: .899 at 3B on 43 errors. What'd he use, a glove or a cleaver?[/quote:766f366cf8]

Hobson had an injured arm, elbow maybe, for most of the season. He was very good with the glove but couldn't reach 1b in the air most of the time, so he regularly bounced the ball to 1B. The errors mostly came on bad throws.

I wonder how that will be handled. anyone know his card? a 3e43 maybe?

I believe the rating will be a 3eSax.

I'm pretty sure I recall Hobson as being a 3b4emax from the original release of the '78 season.

I have the '78 set on CD-ROM. Hobson is a 4e53 or thereabouts (working from memory). He'll be used in DH leagues only is my guess (if at all).
