traderj...not a problem with me. I tried to get my brother to play but he said he doesn't have time. So I called him a beaner. As a tribute to him,every 3 or 4 teams I make has Chuckes Beaners added to it. Odd thing is, my beaner teams have been my most succesful teams. 3 out of my 5 rings were beaner teams! The putz! :P Anyway...get him in ASAP! Hoping to use the lottery tonight for the draft order.

Simon, funny name, just don't name this team a beaner team o.k.? Give us all a chance :wink: What about the stadiums? And if he gets in are we full?

Haven't been in a Beaner league with me yet? lol With your brother, we will still need 1. Stadiums will be declared along with, not in place of, the third round draft choice. Still hoping we can get that last one in sometime soon! Who wants to be a hero??? :D

So where are we at now? Needing one? Can't believe this is taken all week to fill. Live drafts usually go quickly. Anyway, looks like we have a decent shot of getting it filled tonight. Hopefully, everyone remembers to check in by tomorrow morning, and be ready for 8pm EST on Friday. Still trying to figure out how to tell my wife we aren't going out to dinner tomorrow night. "Um honey, how does Domino's sound tonight"? :oops: :o

I'm very unhappy though with the time it's taking to fill a couple of spots though everything possible is being done to do so. I do see that auto leagues have filled up rapidily. I have no idea why this isn't attractive to more managers. I've played in Live drafts and there were always managers waiting to join.

Wow! Still need just one! I can't believe this didn't fill. Was the time inconvenient? I even started posting in some of the leagues I was in. No response at all...nada! Well gang, I'm not sure what to suggest at this point. If we get one more tonight, it's hard to use the lotto but I'm open for alternatives. Like...I could think of a number ooooor put everyones name on a card and shuffle... :? I've been watching leagues try and fill on the boards all week. Seems to be very slow going for all of them. I know if we wait until next Friday, tkl33 and steveames would be able to play. But then some would probably drop so we would be in the same boat. I would still like to do this and I'm open for suggestions on how to determine draft order if we should get one more for tomorrow night. Maybe somebody will jump in just to fill for the weekend frenzy. :?: :?:
