I prefer one pitcher any price, one hitter any price, $[b:ddaa4ea227]3m [/b:ddaa4ea227]or less for others, and dont care about DH or no DH

I'm good with this too.

Lanier64, please go ahead and pick a set of rules and post 'em...I'm ready to draft! :D

The "Princes an Paupers"league

1. One hitter any price
2. One pitcher any price
3. Everyone else 3 million or less. Exactly 3.00 mil is ok
4. I prefer No DH(I will not climb up on my soapbox and bore everyone with my Charlie Finley was the anti-Christ speech) but I am flexible on this. If the majority want the DH I'll go along because I realize that some people might want to draft an expensive stick that can't field.
5. 10 % FA drop

I'm not sure what to do about the draft. I've never done one and I won't be free(work) until 2100 PST on Friday. Any suggestions on the draft? I'll go with the consensus.

PS: I like hackra's idea about trading or dropping the any price guys as long as you don't have more than two.

In light of lanier64s problem drafting til Friday, would it be objectionable to auto-draft this thing? I mean, there will be plenty of high-priced players to go aroudn anyway.............

That was kind of my thought. I agree. What does everyone else think?

I feel like an idiot! I kept thinking it was Wednesdy night but it's only Tuesday I am free tomorrow (Wednesday May 23) after 1800 PST. So I could draft tomorrow if that's what most people want do.

I'm good however you want to do it...a 4 round draft or autodraft.

That being said, I'm not sure if you follow exactly what the draft would be. It isn't something you have to be in front of your computer the whole time to do. Basically, you'd run a randomizer to set the draft order, and then you just have to check in occasionally thoughout the day to see if you are up yet.

It isn't something that you set a time where everyone is on their computer at the same time to bang out a draft.

I apologize if you already know this and I sound like an idiot explaining it. I just got a vibe that maybe you thought everyone has to set a time to "begin the draft" or something.

The main drawback to doing a draft on the ILC board is that it can take a while, as in a few days, to get through. It all depends on if everyone is checking in often enough. The whole thing gets held up if one manager doesn't check in for 15 hours.

I say, this is your deal and it will be fun no matter what you decide. So just make it how you want it. :D
