To Clarify, you start the year with the team you have drafted, ie no waiver draft. (you can trade with other teams anytime). Then each Friday the team with the worst record chooses 3 players from the waiver wire and then the next worse reducing the picks up to the first place team.
Correct?

Sounds like fun, but, should we have time limits to make picks? What if the worse team waits until Saturday @ 8:59 pm?? If you miss your picks on Saturday, can you make them Sunday or later.

How about time slots for making pick and if you miss your time slot, You can can pick anytime after the experation up to Sunday evening.

place Time est
12 8-9 3 picks
11 9-10 3 picks
10 10-11 3 picks
9 11 -12 3 picks
8 12-1 2 picks
7 1-2 2 picks
6 2-3 2 picks
5 3-4 2 picks
4 4-5 1 pick
3 5-6 1 pick
2 6-7 1 pick
1 7-8 1 pick

just my 2 cents.

Thanks

Daman,

You are correct...There will be a lot af great free agents in the pool after the autodraft. No one can touch them unless they are on you own Base Team.

The only moves you can make is dropping those scrubs off of your team that you used to fill the 25 man roster.

The league will kick off on a Monday night. You must go with your Base Team and 2 Franchise Players to start the season.

After we know Friday Nights results, we can set up the free Agent Pick-up (Worst to First). In our last week we had a scheduled time, that way someone can be skipped if they do not check-in or proxy. I will use your schedule, but cut it down to 1/2 hour slots. Technically, if you know on Friday night you will be in the bottom teams you can leave a proxy. The other league is running quite smoothly with the use of proxies.

12 9:00am-9:30am 3 picks
11 9:30am-10:00am 3 picks
10 10:00am-10:30am 3 picks
9 10:30am -11:00am 3 picks
8 11:00am-11:30am 2 picks
7 11:30am-12:00pm 2 picks
6 12:00pm-12:30pm 2 picks
5 12:30pm-1:00pm 2 picks
4 1:00pm-1:30pm 1 pick
3 1:30pm-2:00pm 1 pick
2 2:00pm-2:30pm 1 pick
1 2:30pm-3:00pm 1 pick

The other ting I wanted to mention is the Honor System. I think everyone here will try to win games and not tank them for more Free Agent Pick ups. The object of the game is to have the top teams like the Yankees get early leads and the bottom teams like Baltimore get more free agents and catch up with the Yanks. If the Yanks bench Ruth, Gehrig and Dimaggio to get draft picks, it throws everything out of wack. I am certain everyone will try to win all of their games.

Merm, it looks like it is OK to put Milwaukee in the league under the East Division. Am I correct on that? If so, I'll enter it later on today.

Forget that....I'm tanking the first week. The Yanks line-up opening day will be

C - B. Rosar
1B - B. Dahlgren
2B - J. Gordon
3B - A. Carey
SS - F. Crosetti
LF - J. Powell
CF - J. Collins
RF - T. Henrich
DH - R. Rolfe

SP - B. Turley

I just have really expensive pinch hitters and defensive replacements.

Just kidding....figured I would give Mike a hard time, because he used my team in the example of how to recognize a team that is throwing games. Lets fill this thing!
