Just woke up here on West Coast, saw that Treyomo had loaded after all, and have thus reset the Frenzy for 1pm EST, 10am PST. This can still be reset until as late as Noon EST.
I know now that 2city intended this as a Waivers league. My apologies as I was sort of an impromptu league-creator at his request ("...will someone from an East team please create the league and a password..." he wrote). At the moment of truth--FRENZY?/Waivers?--I thought, incorrectly as it turns out, that FRENZY was the way to go in a Franchise league. Efforts to get help from the powers-that-be to change that proved fruitless.
Sorry for all the confusion. Thanks to 2city for all his time and effort and may you all have great fun in the season to come!
