.50 Good luck charms/MVP

.50 Good luck charms/MVP

Bored so I figure I'd ask a question I've been thinking of for a while;

Do you have any .50 good luck charms. I.E. Are their bench guys you get just because you like them, no real reason for having them other than they are a little Buddha Belly for your team?

Mine's Pena.

PS. I am currently listed as an All-Star, I want to be knocked back down to 4 stars untill I win a title. Can this be done?/who do I whine to?

Nobody. Just lose and don't talk to anybody for awhile. You will see your rating quickly plummet to Sophmore! :wink:

I seem to end up with T. Kennedy and G. Shuba on a lot of my teams. Not because I feel they are "lucky" for me. Guess I just like their bang for the buck value.

Bobby Brown : I don't know how many times he's had to fill in for someone hurt and bashed the heck out of the ball or steal late in a game and score the winning run . :D

I have yet to win a title and am below .500 in my overall record, but Felix Jose has done pretty on the last few teams I have had.

Gaspar, Brown and J. Collins, I usually have a crappy fielding 1st baseman. I also like Wert at 3rd.

Gaspar, Craft and Edwards have all done really well in critical sub situations for me in my limited experience.

Oh, and on the pitching side... Wilks and Burns have done well, too.

Not quite sure why I'd want to share my lucky nickels with the rest of you - since I might not continue to get them, but what the hell!

E Averill has been very good for me as a backup and PH and S Lake for some reason outhits his card/stats each time I use him and don't forget everyone's favorite - C Stahl.
