Its still '15 and its changed to 17-11-18-19 . Why the change ?

Many have changed. Check out Royals Stadium and Forbes '09 among others. I think before, many stadiums were using computer generated ratings and when SOM went back to create Super Advanced seasons, they also updated the ballpark ratings. I just think these are a reflection of those.
