I just started a league called "First Time ATG III". It is 100 MM salary cap, no DH, weighted waivers, graduated FA Drop (5%, 10% and finally 20%). Anyone can join. (PLEASE, please please please - but I'm not begging). Oh the heck with it, yes I am begging.
