Yes some of the slugger salaries came down and yes some relief came doen BUT all the BARGAIN pitching is gone My Staffs always had Vance .60 GONE, Speer .84 GONE now approx 1 million more, Cvengros .87 GONE( WHY IN HEAVEN'S NAME WOULD YOU TAKE HIM OUT OF THE GAME!!!!!) , Yerkes .60 GONE, Leever SP/RP GONE,Frock, Druckie, Reuther, Hallahan, Madden, Moore, ALL UP IN PRICE some considerably, the only one to buck that is Vuckovich who actually went down and Bagby stayed about the same. Sure you'll have the sluggers and relievers but where thew hell are you gonna find a startinbg staff that are all under 1 million like before ( and I know there are guys that are undera million who can start but I meant who can start and win. I won 12 Titles with this formula and now its GONE :(

In all due respect, that formula shouldn't be there to begin with.

A < 1 mil pitcher shouldn't be = to a 3-5 mil pitcher. Just shouldn't be that way. It was pretty sad when Speer/Frock combo had the same era/whip/wins and Mogridge/Root combo. This pricing fixes that some.

Cvengros is still in the game for the 27 Pirates. His card doesn't look half bad for the price.

I've played against Horntsnest many times and I can tell you, he wins with that formula because he somehow manages to put the right offensive combinations on the field to overcome his weak pitching. Scores more than he gives up, it's that simple!

Hey Simon , how have you been? I think I'm gonna jump into your league in a little bit:D ....what I meat about Cvengros is he can't start any longer just like Leever and Yerkes and a Pleis...they took those starters away.

Been great, but the summer seems to get just a tad boring after Little League wraps up for the season. I have to supplement my baseball fix with strat! Sure can't complain about how the Tigers are doing. Jimmy Leyland has just done a fantastic job here in Detroit. Looks like some open spots for tonight. Hop on in!

You forgot Rommel, unless you never used him. He can no longer start....
