Now 1/4 way through season and Wills still leading in RBI and team actually has a winning record! Not exactly my plan but working better than some of my intentional plans have. :D

Normally if he gets 35 rbi's he's done well . Judging from my extensive experience in using Wills , his ave/obp is about par for you . Most rbi's he's ever gotten for me is 56 , which I looked at as a blessing .

He is on pace for about 80 here. :D Though I must say that I will be concerned if someone does not pass him by season's end. Not sure if it is possible to be successful with your top RBI man only turning in 80 or less!

I keep thinking that Cobb or Simmons will start driving in more runs. Although perhaps in a way this is a blessing since I have a lot of people with about the same number of RBI. Perhaps this is just a fully balance lineup and maybe that is not a terribly bad thing after all.

It was a nice run while it lasted for Wills. But his place at the top is no more. In th elast couple nights he has stood still in the RBI race while several others have finally stepped up and done what they were supposed to be doing all year. Wills has now been passed by not 1 but 4 players. Now maybe Wills can forget about this production thing and steal more bases like he is supposed to do. :D

I just won my first ring, and on that team, Carter (with an OBP of .279) led all RBI with 96 and no one else was over 80. I finished dead last in runs and RBIs. Go figure..... :shock:
