Ok , on managerial settings : Relief help : There's aggressive -normal - conservative . If I put it on aggressive is Hal going to be bringing in RP's like in the 4th inning ? and visa versa on conservative , he won't bring them in at all ? Please try to explain how you "see" this question . Thanks

Here's my take - aggressive - surrender 3 runs in an inning during the first four, and he's out. Actively looks for PH situations from the 5th on.
Conservative - will stay in for up to 6 runs in an inning during the first four. Will pinch hit from the 5th on only if you are behind or tied, and from the 6th on if tied, behind, or 1 run ahead.
This isn't aimed toward you, Von, but it reminds me of what my first boss said to me on my first day out of college: "There's no such thing as a dumb question - only dumb people asking questions."

I've got a team starting up tonight and loaded it up with RP's . I have it set at normal but was thinking aggressive but didn't want Hal to be taking a starting performances out for relief help when not needed .
