Lots of help available, the best thing to do is post a link to your team. Go to the Statistics page, click on your team, copy/paste the URL. Make sure there is a 5 digit number at the end of the URL.
I assume you also have a Cer?

Looks like your major problem is depleted squad strength from a lot of drop/adds.
