My Mid-Afternoon Rant!!

WHY? WHY..am I so addicted to this game? I have 6 active teams right now but for the sake of my conspiracy theory, I'll use 4. I think there is a definite link between asking for a credit transfer which they obliged me on Oct 5th, and the time they pushed the "screw Simon" button! Of those 4 teams who were all above .500 and in first or second place in their respective divisions, since then, all four teams have dropped to double digit losses and are now in third or 4th place! Coincidence? Perhaps! But it doesn't explain HAL's CONTINUED TEASING OF ME BY MAKING ME LOSE SOOO MANY FRIGGIN GAMES IN EXTRA INNINGS OR WITH BOTTOM OF THE 9th INNING LOSSES! In just the last two nights alone, I have lost 4 and won 0. The night before...lost 3 and won 1! I think my extra inning w/l percentage is about 10% overall! In spite of the settings I have guys like Henke and Henry pitching 1/3 or 2/3rd's of an inning and replaced by my worst relievers for the bulk of the innings left. It grinds me even more when HAL gets to those two STARTER only guys you never wanted to use! Let me end my therapy session with an ode to HAL!!

then HAL inserts some bullpen turd
I thought I'd hide Jack Billingham
HAL brings him in when I'm in a jam
and Lord he makes me twitch and squeal
when HAL gets to bring in Luis Leal
I know it fills him full of glee
to roll those dice and mess with me
he screws me out of potential wins
I hope he chokes on Big Jim and the twins! :twisted:

Simon, you're a funny man :D I wish i could rhyme like you but I'm just a fan. My teams suck lately to, but I'm still addicted and there's no one to sue. :cry: Oh help me HAL to win some game(s) I'm very sad that my teams are so lame.( I know it's bad guys but so are my teams, maybe this will help.)
