Which staff for this pitching park team?

Starters currently:
1. Cicotte
2. Hubbell
3. McLain
4. B. Johnson and Hallahan sharing the #4 spot
Playing in 73 Oakland.
Will have an excellent defense, small ball offense behind them. There is another pitcher's park, a hitting leaning park and a slugging park in the division.
My question - would you keep my current staff, or turn McLain and the two scrubs sharing the 4 spot in to two decent mid-priced starters, such as any two from Gibson, Carlton, Osteen, Rogers, Hughes, Blass, Palmer, Derringer, Malone and John?

I'd keep McLain... he should be killer as a #3, regardless of park, home or away.
