I need help in two areas or I'll atomize

2. Can someone tell me how to destroy the new boards? I want to actually destroy them, not slow them down or crash them, but actually make them go away forever, not to return. The new boards have driven me nuts since we were forced over here, and I have ended my period of patience. They are slow, they hang everything up, and I just don't like them. They are like a centipede in my basement.
