Guys I need help! I'm in the hospital.

I've been in the hospital since the 28th. Accident at work. Probably be at least another week before I get out and don't know if I go to rehab or home. Can somebody manage my teams? I'll pt my pword. I'll be on for a while yet setting them up best I can.
